Each year Russia holds a surprisingly popular ‘Miss Atomic’ pageant. In order to participate you must be an employee of nuclear industry. Russia loves their nuclear power so there’s no shortage of contestants. Women send in their photos and the people vote on the finalists who participate in the actual pageant. Prizes include cash, modeling contracts with popular cosmetic lines, and nuclear winter.
